  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
