- 40 g Breadcrumbs
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 whole Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 0.5 tsp Onion powder
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
- 1~4 minPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2~6 minMix turkey, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3~2 minRoll into 16 meatballs (about 2 tbsp each).
- 4~3 minPlace on baking sheet; brush tops lightly with oil.
