  • 400 g Cannellini beans (canned, drained)
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 200 ml Chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 5 minutes per side until golden; remove and set aside.
