  • 400 g Cannellini beans (canned, drained)
  • 400 g Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 medium Fennel bulb
  • 80 ml White wine (or broth)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté diced onion and sliced fennel 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.

    Pour in white wine; simmer until reduced by half.
