- 400 g Large shrimp (peeled)
- 400 g Cannellini beans (canned, drained)
- 400 g Canned diced tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 medium Fennel bulb
- 80 ml White wine (or broth)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Instructions
- 1~4 minHeat oil in a large pot. Sauté diced onion and sliced fennel 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
- 2~5 minPour in white wine; simmer until reduced by half.
- 3~12 minAdd tomatoes, beans, herbes de Provence, salt, and chili flakes. Simmer 12 minutes.
- 4~4 minAdd shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink and curled.
- 5~5 minStir in parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
