- 500 g Chicken thighs (boneless)
- 3 medium Sweet potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
- 1~2 minPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2~5 minDice sweet potatoes; toss with 1 tbsp oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread on half a sheet pan.
- 3~6 minSeason chicken with remaining oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place on the other half.
- 4~25 minBake 25 minutes. Add broccoli florets (tossed with a pinch of oil and salt) to the pan.
- 5~4 minBake 10 more minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- 6~3 minDivide among 4 containers. Refrigerate up to 5 days.
