  • 500 g Chicken thighs (boneless)
  • 3 medium Sweet potatoes
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Dice sweet potatoes; toss with 1 tbsp oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread on half a sheet pan.

    Season chicken with remaining oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place on the other half.
