  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 80 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 150 g Jasmine rice
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts (crushed)

Instructions

    Cook rice per package directions.

    Slice chicken into strips. Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, coconut milk, and sriracha until smooth.
