- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 80 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 150 g Broccoli
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 150 g Jasmine rice
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Peanuts (crushed)

Instructions
- 1~5 minCook rice per package directions.
- 2~15 minSlice chicken into strips. Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, coconut milk, and sriracha until smooth.
- 3~5 minHeat sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry chicken 4โ5 minutes until golden; remove.
- 4~3 minAdd garlic, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- 5~2 minReturn chicken; pour in peanut sauce. Toss 1โ2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
