- 1 whole Egg
- 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes
- 40 g Kalamata olives
- 60 g Feta cheese
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste

Instructions
- 1~1 minPreheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2~1 minMix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 3~1 minFold in chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped olives, and crumbled feta.
- 4~2 minShape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet. Brush top with tomato paste.
- 5~45 minBake 40–45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6~10 minRest 10 minutes before slicing.
