- 120 g Hummus
- 150 g Chickpeas (canned, drained)
- 0.5 medium Cucumber
- 80 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 whole Pita bread
- 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions
- 1~6 minSeason chicken with cumin, salt, and oil; grill or pan-sear 5โ6 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.
- 2~4 minToss drained chickpeas with a little oil, paprika, and salt; warm in a skillet 3โ4 minutes.
- 3~4 minSpread a generous layer of hummus in each bowl.
- 4~7 minTop with sliced chicken, warm chickpeas, diced cucumber, and halved tomatoes.
