- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml White wine or chicken broth
- 1 pinch Salt and black pepper

Instructions
- 1~9 minSeason chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
- 2~7 minSear chicken skin-side down 6โ7 min until golden; flip and cook 5 min. Remove.
- 3~9 minAdd garlic, thyme, lemon juice and slices; pour in wine or broth. Scrape up browned bits.
- 4~20 minReturn chicken to pan, cover, simmer 15โ20 min until cooked through. Serve with pan sauce.
