  • 160 g Quinoa
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g Feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

    Cook quinoa in 320ml salted water; simmer 15 minutes, fluff.
