  • 320 g Spaghetti
  • 400 g Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 80 ml Red wine (or broth)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese

    Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté finely diced onion, carrots, and celery 5 minutes.
