- 320 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 medium Carrots
- 1 stalk Celery
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 80 ml Red wine (or broth)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 30 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- 1~5 minHeat oil in a large pot. Sauté finely diced onion, carrots, and celery 5 minutes.
- 2~1 minAdd minced garlic; cook 30 seconds.
- 3~7 minAdd turkey and cook, breaking up, until browned (6–7 minutes).
- 4~1 minStir in tomato paste; cook 1 minute.
- 5~7 minAdd wine and scrape up browned bits; simmer until reduced by half.
- 6~30 minAdd crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and salt. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
- 7~4 minCook spaghetti per package directions; drain.
