- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions
- 1~1 minButterfly thick chicken breasts or pound to even thickness.
- 2~1 minMix lemon juice, zest, oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3~15 minMarinate chicken at least 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours in fridge).
- 4~1 minPreheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- 5~6 minGrill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
