- 300 g Cooked brown rice
- 120 g Cheddar cheese
- 6 whole Large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 120 ml Salsa
- 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions
- 1~6 minSeason chicken with taco seasoning and salt. Cook in a skillet 6 minutes per side; let rest, then dice.
- 2~7 minMix chicken, beans, rice, cheese, and salsa in a large bowl.
- 3~5 minWarm tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
- 4~8 minDivide filling among tortillas; roll up tightly, tucking in sides.
- 5~6 minWrap each burrito individually in foil or plastic wrap.
- 6~3 minFreeze flat on a baking sheet; once solid, transfer to a freezer bag. Reheat from frozen: microwave 2–3 minutes or bake 25 minutes at 375°F.
