- 2 medium Sweet potato
- 100 g Kale
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
- 1~4 minPeel and dice sweet potatoes into small cubes.
- 2~10 minHeat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook diced sweet potato 8โ10 minutes until tender.
- 3~3 minAdd diced onion; cook 3 minutes. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds.
- 4~6 minPush vegetables to the side; add turkey and cook, breaking up, until browned.
