  • 2 tbsp White miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 whole Green onions

    Mix miso, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.

    Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt.
