- 300 g Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp White miso paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 whole Green onions

Instructions
- 1~6 minMix miso, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.
- 2~3 minPat salmon dry and season lightly with salt.
- 3~3 minHeat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- 4~4 minSear salmon skin-side down 4 minutes until crispy. Flip.
- 5~4 minSpoon miso glaze over the top; cook 3โ4 minutes more until cooked to your liking.
- 6No timerGarnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve with rice and steamed greens.
