- 4 whole Hard-boiled eggs
- 100 g Canned tuna (in water, drained)
- 40 g Cheddar cheese
- 8 whole Whole wheat crackers
- 8 whole Cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 medium Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Hummus
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
- 1~10 minHard-boil eggs: place in cold water, bring to boil, cover, and remove from heat 10 minutes. Cool in ice water; peel and halve.
- 2~3 minMix tuna with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3~2 minCube cheese; slice cucumber.
- 4~8 minDivide between two containers: eggs, tuna, cheese cubes, crackers, tomatoes, cucumber, and a scoop of hummus.
