  • 100 g Canned tuna (in water, drained)
  • 40 g Cheddar cheese
  • 8 whole Whole wheat crackers
  • 8 whole Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Hummus
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

    Hard-boil eggs: place in cold water, bring to boil, cover, and remove from heat 10 minutes. Cool in ice water; peel and halve.
