- 400 g Cannellini beans (canned, drained)
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 60 g Baby spinach
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions
- 1~1 minPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2~4 minIn a baking dish, combine beans, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, spinach, half the oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 3~1 minToss and spread evenly. Place cod fillets on top.
- 4~2 minDrizzle remaining oil over the cod; season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- 5~20 minBake 18–20 minutes until cod flakes easily with a fork.
- 6~2 minSqueeze lemon juice over everything and serve.
