  • 400 g Cannellini beans (canned, drained)
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 60 g Baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Chili flakes

    In a baking dish, combine beans, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, spinach, half the oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
